Original Description of Rostellaria tallavignesi by Mayer-Eymar, 1888:

  • "R. testa ovato-acuta, laevigata, spira conica, apice acuta; anfractibus circ. decenis, convexiusculis, sutura bene separatis, variculosis; ultimo anfractu majusculo, dimidiam testae longitudinem paulo superante, ventricosiusculo, antice velociter attenuato; apertura ovato-acuta; labro arcuato, postice rimam brevissimam marginante. Long. 30, lat. 17 millim."
