Description from Jung, 1974: Of medium size, moderately slender. Spire moderately high, evolute. Surface smooth. Columella almost straight. Suture well marked, bordered by a band of callus which is continuous with the callus of the inner lip. Outer lip slightly thickened. Lectotype (herewith selected). — Rijksmuseum van Geologie en Mineralogie, Leiden, No. St. 10339. Dimensions of lectotype. — Height 28.0 mm
