Original description of Rostellaria semicarinata by Münster in Goldfuss, 1844

  • "Rostellaria nucleo fusiformi, anfractibus (7) ventricosis transversim lineatis in medio subcarinatis."
  • "Dieser kleine Steinkern ist spindelförmig, und hat 7 bauchige Windungen, welche in der Quere fein gestreift und in der Mitte des Rückens schwach und stumpf gekielt sind. Lippe und Kanal sind abgebrochen.

Locus typicus: Boll, Vechigen, Bern Canton, Switzerland
